      Lori is dumb

Your way off on the rams pick. Gurley has been racking up yards on bad defense’s. The viking held Detroit to like 6 yards over 2 quarters. Gurley is in for a rude awakening. They have no wideouts and the vikings with completely smother their wideouts at the line and make them one dimensional. Not to mention Foles is an awful qb when faced with blitzing gap pressure he will look foolish.

    • Josh Stewart

The Vikings are ranked in the bottom half of the NFL against the run, despite not playing a single team in the top half of the NFL in rushing offense. I don’t think rushing will be the problem, unless Foles has a Green Bay type game. I think it will be a good game.

      • gregg hickerson

That may be correct but since kendricks has been inserted into the lineup they haven’t even allowed 50 yards to a single running back. In the last month. We will see..It wouldn’t be a team i’d target to pick on (is my point)

“The Vikings are ranked in the bottom half of the NFL against the run, despite not playing a single team in the top half of the NFL in rushing offense”? The Bears and the Chiefs beg to differ. 16th and 14th, respectively. Unless you’re going by grades rather than yards. In that case, I’ve got nothing.

After losing to the Niners in week 1, the Vikings have been giving up only 84 yards per game on the ground. I’m with Mr. Hickerson on this one.

After that farce of a game between the Giants and Saints I look forward to a game where we get to see two excellent rushers square off against each other. I’d much rather watch Gurley and Peterson put on a show than see secondaries torched on every play.

Jets failed as Mike’s “lock” pick last week and I don’t like the Falcons as this weeks “lock” since they failed to crush the Bucs last week as I expected. The most intriguing game this week will be in Indianapolis where Andrew Luck might be run out of town if he can’t match the performance of Peyton Manning who is still loved by most Colt fans.

    • Paul Harry

“Jets failed as Mike’s “lock” It doesn’t help that their starting QB went down.

      • crosseyedlemon

Losing a starter never helps any team but we still have to acknowledge that the Raiders are continually improving and can hold their own against most teams now.

        • Paul Harry

          It wasn’t a good pick.
