  • Indianapolis Colts WR Donte Moncrief said he wanted to be more explosive after the catch in 2017.
  • In 2016, Moncrief averaged just 2.5 yards after the catch per reception, 106th of 119 qualifying wide receivers.
  • In 2014, however, he ranked eighth in the NFL averaging 6.7 yards per catch after getting the ball in his hands.
  • However, he has never forced more than five missed tackles over the course of a year in his three years in the NFL.
