Browns pick up Kenneth Olugbode as a free agent

  • The Cleveland Browns signed UDFA LB Kenneth Olugbode, out of Colorado. PFF has Olugbode ranked second among all undrafted free agents.
  • The Colorado product stacks up well to the first first true inside linebackers taken in this year’s NFL draft.
  • Olugbode’s grade improved throughout his three years in college. From 2014 to 2016, his grades followed an upward trend, going from 42.2, to 48.6, to 88.1.
  • Olugbode finished seventh among all linebackers with a PFF grade of 88.1.

I am very happy with their draft & some of the UDFA signings are just the icing on the cake. Olugbode, Stribling, Murray, Boutte & Nacua have potential to not just make the 53 man roster but possibly make a difference on the field in the next couple years. At the very least, our Practice Squad just got a hole lot better.
Love how they have stocked up on depth & game changers these past two drafts.
The future looks brighter than it has since the 85 season.
