  • According to Pro Football Talk, Minnesota Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater could be healthy enough to play when he is eligible to return in Week 7. Bridgewater missed the entire 2016 season after suffering a dislocated knee and torn ACL during a noncontact drill in practice.
  • In 2015 Bridgewater was the most accurate quarterback in the NFL, fielding an adjusted completion percentage (accounts for drops, throwaways, spikes, batted passes, and when the QB is hit as he throws to give a clear measure of QB accuracy) of 79.3.
  • The most pressured quarterback in the league, Bridgewater dealt with pressure on 46.9 percent of his dropbacks. He continued to be accurate however, with his 72.8 adjusted completion percentage under pressure the second-best mark in the league, right behind current teammate and former Philadelphia Eagle Sam Bradford.
  • Bridgewater showed potential in his first two seasons, finishing with an overall grade of 84.6 his rookie season, and an 82.1 in 2015.
