Week 9 was a good week for players in the front seven, as there didn’t seem to be any major injuries that will affect your fantasy team. We did get a little more clarity of how teams will handle some older injuries. We also saw an inside linebacker return from injury, and there was some interesting changes to defensive tackles. As always, the IDP Snap Report lets you know which players in the front seven saw an increase or decrease in snaps and how that effects their fantasy value going forward.
Marcell Dareus
If you’re in a league that starts defensive tackles, than Dareus is likely already a starter. He has been one of the best defensive tackles this year in terms of PFF rating, and now he is seeing his snaps increase. This past week he saw a season high 93% of snaps. Only one other time this season has he topped 80%, so if this past week is a sign of things to come, Dareus could be making even more tackles and sacks.
