Another week of football has come, and brought with it a some new faces for the injury report. Here are some key individual defensive players that will be missed by their fantasy owners this week:
Clay Matthews, GB (Hamstring): It appears that Matthews is on pace to be back in action this Sunday VS the division rival Bears. In their last meeting, Matthews recorded 4 sacks and two solo tackles.
Charles Woodson, GB (Collarbone): Woodson has been officially declared out again.
Brian Urlacher, CHI (Hamstring): The Bears’ MLB will not play this weekend, and may miss the remainder of the regular season.
Tim Jennings, CHI (Shoulder): Jennings’ status is still uncertain for this week’s divisional matchup against the Bears. Even if active, Jennings may have to tone down the physicality due to his recently dislocated shoulder.
