Now exactly halfway through the fantasy season, there’s not much more time to make a move. Some teams are already making plans for next year while others are loading up for a championship run. Let’s take a look at some players who could help either side.
SELL
Jason Hatcher – DL – Dallas Cowboys – Drafted in the third round in 2006, Hatcher was initially a defensive end before new Cowboys defensive coordinator Monte Kiffin switched the defense to a 4-3 and made him a defensive tackle. One would think a switch to tackle, instead of end, might result in lower stats but Hatcher has already set career highs in sacks (six) and passes defended (three). He has 25 tackles through seven games and is currently on pace to set a career-high there too. He currently grades out as Pro Football Focus’ top defensive tackle through the first seven weeks of this season and, depending on your fantasy scoring, Hatcher has been a top ten, or five, IDP defensive linemen.
