Fantasy Team Previews - Indianapolis
Chuck Pagano’s squad gave us one of the most exciting games in last season’s playoffs when the Colts edged Andy Reid’s Chiefs in a shootout in the Wild Card Round. This season, Indy faces the league’s easiest schedule on paper with their opponents combining for a .430 win percentage last season. This schedule appears to also have some benefits from a fantasy standpoint with quarterback (6th) and running back (2nd) being among the league’s least difficult.
There’s a lot of buzz around this offense, but do yourself a favor and go back and watch the Colts games from last season. Pep Hamilton’s offense is boring and uninspired. Indy was very pass-heavy, but not in the right way. They essentially compensated for a subpar run game that struggles for most of the season.
