Over the past two months, I’ve covered over 60 college players that dynasty fantasy football players should be aware of as we approach the 2018 season in my devy spotlight pieces for the ACC, Big Ten, Big 12, Pac 12, SEC, and non-Power-5 schools. Many (but not all) of those players happened to be 2019 NFL draft-eligible because the focus was on players who will be producing this season.
I wanted to conclude this summer’s Devy Spotlight series with a piece that had my true top 60 (enough to cover five rounds in a deep startup devy draft) for the 2019, 2020, and 2021 classes. These are players who are worth grabbing at least a year in advance of their rookie-eligible season because of their elite pedigree, recruiting profiles, production or metrics. These tiers are based on 1-QB leagues.
