Fantasy Game Notes: The key stats of Week 16

If Week 16 was the final week of your season-long fantasy football season, it wasn't without its excitement. Only problem was, the excitement was concentrated.

Todd Gurley was obviously the highlight of the week, putting up 40 fantasy points in standard leagues (50 in PPR) and demolishing the field. Behind him, only three players — all running backs — topped 20 standard points: Dion Lewis, Giovani Bernard, and Bilal Powell. Larry Fitzgerald led wide receivers in standard scoring at 18, while Antonio Brown and Eric Ebron topped tight ends at a meager 14.

The upshot is that the winner of your league was probably the owner of Gurley. If that poor soul didn't make the playoffs and watched those points get scored in a vacuum, the winner was either the Lewis owner or just the winner by attrition. Odds are, leagues that end in Week 16 this year either had a winner with Gurley, or had a winner with the lowest winning score in some time. Not that that means anything — if you win, you win. But it's interesting.

The box scores give you stats. PFF Fantasy goes deeper, offering up a more in-depth look at the statistical takeaways from each game. Below are all the games of Week 16.
