With just 19 days to go before the start of the 2019 NFL Draft, teams will be putting the finishing touches on their draft boards and finishing up their final player evaluations. As is always the case, teams will be on the lookout for top-tier, difference-making talent throughout the early rounds, but they'll also be looking to get the best value from their late-round picks.
