Week 16 DraftKings Plays

Each week I’ll comb through the options at each position to bring you my picks for the players with the best combination of safety and upside over a wide price range. These are guys you’ll use in cash games for the most part, but there’s nothing wrong with slotting a couple into your tournament lineups as well for stability. There are so many more players that I want exposure to this week than I can possibly write about, so I’ve tried to highlight situations that could be taken advantage of in more than one way.

Quarterback

Blake Bortles $6500: For the price, you won’t find a better combination of factors to support using Bortles this weekend. He’s playing in what should be a close, high scoring game against the league’s worst passing defense. Bortles has made great strides this year, has multiple 300-plus yard passing games (five, and two he missed by a combined five yards) with an impressive 31:14 TD:INT ratio. People will be choosing between Bortles and Ben Roethlisberger in cash games this weekend.
