Cardale Jones upside is going to be limited in so many games this season because Barrett will essentially split the game with him in these blowouts. On top of that, if Meyer feels Jones is struggling, he will insert Barrett into the game as well. Zeke looks to be the best play from week to week out of any OSU player. Jones just carries a ton of risk every week with that price tag. With Ohio State’s defense being so good this year you are left hoping for 3-4 TDs in one half for Jones to win you a GPP.

Hey, thanks for reading and responding. I agree that Cardale is not an ideal cash game play, but I think he works in a GPP lineup in a stack. And probably not if you’re submitting only one GPP lineup, but if you submit multiple GPP lineups — some people are into that — then you have to have at least one that stacks a QB on a super high-scoring team. But I agree, Cardale has a lot of risk. In GPPs, risk is something that you seek out to a certain extent.
