Top Preseason Grades

top-pre-gradesThree weeks of the 2014 preseason done and we’ve seen most of what we’ll get from the first-teamers, but we’ve not been watching just them. No, as we do, we’ve gone through every play of every game and graded the performance of every player, so we’ve got a record of what the fourth-quarter standouts and other hopeful reserves are doing as well.

Below are links that show you the Top 5 for each position group to give a taste of what the best have put on display this preseason, and of course, the full lists featuring marks for every player are available in our Premium Stats section for you to dig into as often as you please.

Top Preseason Grades, per Position:

Quarterbacks 4-3 Defensive Ends
Running Backs 3-4 Defensive Ends
Wide Receivers Defensive Tackles
Tight Ends 3-4 Outside Linebackers
Offensive Tackles 4-3 Outside Linebackers
Guards Inside Linebackers
Centers Cornerbacks

    I feel like it’d be worthwhile to break this up into pieces. Stats for those who played in the 1st quarter of game 1 and the first half of game 2/3, and everything else. That’s a fairly rough breakdown of when starters played.

      Very rough, i dont see the point. Just take it with a grain of salt like any other PFF rating. Hey PFF likes this guy, i’ll take a look and see if i agree.
