Heading into kickoff time, a few top-tier fantasy players remain to be game-time decisions. They include: Charcandrick West, Jarvis Landry, and Travis Kelce. The following is a Sunday morning accelerated update on all of the top fantasy-relevant injury news.

As a reminder, there are five status designations players can have: active, probable, questionable, doubtful and out. The active and out designations are self-explanatory. The probable designation signifies a player has a greater than 50 percent chance of being active for the game. Questionable means the player essentially has a 50-50 chance of playing. Doubtful means the player has less than a 25 percent chance of playing.

Players already declared out include: Andrew Luck, Peyton Manning, Devonta Freeman, Marshawn Lynch, Dexter McCluster, Carlos Hyde, Danny Amendola, Leonard Hankerson, DeAnthony Thomas, Julian Edelman, Larry Donnell, and Matt Bryant.

Players listed as doubtful who aren’t expected to play: Austin Seferian-Jenkins and Bernard Pierce.

Players listed as probable who will likely see their usual workloads include: Andy Dalton, Brian Hoyer, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Teddy Bridgewater, Mark Ingram, Thomas Rawls, Frank Gore, Chris Johnson, Jay Ajayi, Alfred Morris, Chris Polk, Larry Fitzgerald, Brandon Marshall, Eric Decker, Allen Hurns, John Brown, Willie Snead, Emmanuel Sanders, Anquan Boldin, Marvin Jones, Kendall Wright Doug Baldwin, Nate Washington, Malcom Floyd, Chris Conley, Tyler Eifert, Ladarius Green, Owen Daniels, and Virgil Green.

These players’ injury situations warrant a closer look this morning:

Quarterbacks

Case Keenum suffered a concussion during last Sunday’s game. Unfortunately, after suffering the head injury, he stayed in the game for the following play. Keenum has yet to clear the NFL concussion protocol. He is listed as questionable.

The Rams medical staff failed to appropriately remove Keenum from last Sunday’s game following his injury. That led to the league having a conference call with all 32 teams this week in order to remind them of the concussion protocol.

On Saturday, Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network tweeted Keenum will be inactive for today’s game. I’m not surprised at all by that news. Nick Foles will start under center for the Rams this week.
