The 2015 football season is zooming right along, and before we know it the playoffs will be here. To make sure you’re still alive when those postseason games start, you have to do everything you can to keep winning now.
Perhaps the best way to give your team an edge is to make the right decisions each week when deciding which players on your roster should be in that week’s starting lineup.
Here are some players that might not necessarily be in your regular weekly starting lineup, but deserve a long look in Week 6.
Start
Quarterbacks
Joe Flacco, Ravens (at San Francisco) – Although Flacco hasn’t exactly lit the league on fire transitioning to Mark Trestman’s offense, he is the No. 12 scoring fantasy QB and he’s managed to put up 26+ fantasy points in three of his last four games. He could be primed for another good performance in Week 6, as star WR Steve Smith is expected to return to the lineup against a San Francisco secondary that has the worst PFF coverage grade (-20.7) and has allowed the most passing yards in the league.
