Week 15 is upon us and the injury bug has once again stuck with a vengeance, creating a number of value running back options available priced to bargain basement levels. The search for sneakier value options at wide receiver continues to be a bit tougher due to a number of solid defensive matchups on this week’s slate. Each week, we’ll feature the top punt options at running back and wide receiver that present the most value for your daily fantasy lineups.
Running Backs
Denard Robinson, Jacksonville Jaguars – FanDuel $6,300, DraftKings $4,600, Yahoo $11
With T.J. Yeldon (knee) officially listed on the Friday practice report as doubtful, Robinson enters this week as one of the few backup running backs that has a clear path to playing time, without any sort of timeshare lurking over his shoulder. In Week 14 against the Colts, Robinson put together a solid 75 yards rushing on 14 carries and found the end zone while earning a 5.4 YPC average.
The Jaguars will have the benefit of facing a Falcons squad in a complete tailspin, having lost six games in a row and coming off a 38-0 beatdown from the Panthers. Atlanta coughed up a combined 142 yards on the ground, two rushing touchdowns, and allowed Jonathan Stewart to average 7.5 yards per carry against the Panthers. Robinson is a good bet for 20 touches and is a bargain on DraftKings and Yahoo this week.
