Lions say the door remains 'open' for a potential return for Anquan Boldin

In 2016 Boldin earned a 70.3 grade, which ranked 70th out of 129 wide receivers that played at least 250 snaps.
Boldin’s “WR Rating” of 114.0 ranked ninth in the NFL. He caught 67 of 88 targets for 584 yards and 8 TDs.
Last year, Boldin scored seven touchdowns from the slot, which was the second most in the league.
His 1.05 yards per route run from the slot ranked just 19th among slot receivers.
