- Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy said he’s excited about the team’s plans to incorporate the running backs more in the passing game. The Bills hired new offensive coordinator Rick Dennison this offseason as part of the new staff.
- Throughout his career, McCoy has graded very well as a receiver, ranking in the top 20 in six of his eight seasons including four top-10 finishes. In 2012, he earned a career-best receiving grade of 84.7, which was the second-best mark for a RB that season.
- McCoy produced a career high 1.39 yards per route run in 2016. He forced the second-most missed tackles on receptions with 18. He was targeted 54 times on 254 snaps in route.
