Jets actively trying to move on from DE Sheldon Richardson?

  • DE Sheldon Richardson could possibly be on the move this year via trade for the Jets, according to Rich Cimini of ESPN.
  • Last season, Richardson’s overall grade of 80.5 tied for 31st out of 109 qualified edge defenders.
  • Richardson was an excellent run-stopper in 2016, as he was second out of 30 qualified 4-3 DEs in run-stop percentage at 11.5, and in total run stops with 31.
