  • The Indianapolis Colts have signed RB Christine Michael, who played with both the Seattle Seahawks and Green Bay Packers last season. The Packers released him after drafting three running backs this offseason.
  • Out of the 42 running backs with at least 100 carries in 2016, Michael finished with the 11th highest elusive rating.
  • Last season, Michael consistently kept the offense on schedule by averaging 4.0 yards per carry. His 16.6 percent breakaway percentage (which ranked 33rd out of 42 backs) indicates that he picked up just a small percentage of his yardage in big chunks.
  • Through the first 10 weeks of last season as a member of the Seahawks, Michael had the fourth-best pass blocking efficiency rating (min. 40 pass block snaps), allowing just three QB pressures on 45 pass block snaps.
