The Arizona Cardinals cut LB Daryl Washington, after several meetings with him.
Washington was reinstated to the NFL two weeks ago after missing the last three seasons due to suspensions.
In 2013, Washington’s last season, he recorded an 87.4 coverage grade, ninth-best among linebackers.
Washington was one of the NFL’s best blitzing linebackers, as he accrued 72 total pressures in his last three seasons, the most of any inside linebacker 2011-2013.
