  • Chicago Bears tight end Zach Miller ended last season on injured reserve with a foot injury. In an interview the team’s Bears Care Gala, he revealed that his recovery is “close to 100 percent” and that he’s planning to take it slow during organized team activities.
  • Miller was our eighth-highest-graded tight end in 2016, earning a career-high 81.7 overall mark over his 10 games last season.
  • He had some of the surest hands in the NFL, finishing second among tight ends in drop rate with only one drop on 48 catchable throws his way.
  • The Bears drafted tight end Adam Shaheen in the second-round of the 2017 NFL Draft and signed Dion Sims in free agency, adding competition and putting pressure on the oft-injured Miller to potentially fight for his job.
