Preseason DraftKings Plays: Friday Only


With six more games on tap for Friday night, the juices are really starting to flow among fantasy degenerates. If you haven’t taken the plunge before, now is the time to wet your beak – even if it is simply by taking part in one of the freerolls that DraftKings is offering. It will give you a chance to get a feel for their site or their app before the regular season kicks off.

Before the Thursday night slate, we examined general themes that make preseason DFS unique to its regular season cousin. The Cliff’s Notes version is everyone is priced the same ($5,500), starters will play no more than a quarter, and using Vegas lines to determine which games to exploit isn’t as effective as usual because the totals are low and the spreads are fairly tight.

We need to identify who will get the most snaps and build our teams around those players. Here are some more suggestions.
