Week 16 Football Fun Facts
• In Week 16 St. Louis DE Robert Quinn (+70.1) was credited with three sacks and six solo tackles in his teams win over Tampa Bay. He also had five stops, three hurries and a quarterback hit, and his 18 sacks currently leads the NFL. Quinn is our highest rated 4-3 defensive end by a wide margin, and should be a candidate for defensive player of the year. So yes, Quinn is having a monster season and has probably been wreaking havoc on your league for most of the fantasy season. But did you know that what Quinn accomplished in Week 15 may have helped to totally change the landscape for the NFC side of the playoff bracket?
So what happened in Week 15, you ask? Well, Quinn had another good day at the office, in fact it was his fourth highest graded game of the season. He was credited with two sacks and five solo tackles. He forced his seventh fumble of the season and also registered seven hurries, three stops and a quarterback hit. But the important part of the story was that he did it against New Orleans.
