When shuffling through the Yahoo DFS prices, it can easily make one irritated and puzzled. The pricing is so tight, there are no “chalk” plays, and it’s very unlikely you will see one guy 40 percent owned like you would in DraftKings or FanDuel.
Just a week after DeAngelo Williams is back as the starter, he is the fourth most expensive player at his position. The prices rise and fall with seemingly no delay in between what happens from week to week.
In Yahoo DFS, you’re betting on players to bounce back rather than find the ones that will continue their success. While looking at the trends, let’s take a look at the players that should bounce back and be in our Week 10 lineups.
Quarterback
Russell Wilson QB, Seahawks ($32)
It’s been an awful season for Wilson, there is no other way to put it. A year removed from finishing as fantasy’s No. 3 quarterback behind Andrew Luck and Aaron Rodgers, Wilson finds himself down at No. 18 heading into Week 10.
Now that we have covered the bad news, let’s take a look at the positive news. The offensive line has begun to trend in the right direction according to our PFF grading system, and have had a bye week to rest up and get ready for the Cardinals.
A divisional foe, the Cardinals are a familiar defense for Wilson and the Seahawks. In two games against them last year, Wilson had some of his most efficient days while totaling 550 yards passing, 158 yards rushing, and four total touchdowns with no turnovers.
At just $32, he is almost the bare minimum for quarterbacks. If anything, he should have a high floor in this matchup with the way he can use his legs.
Notable mentions: Cam Newton ($37), Aaron Rodgers ($45), Peyton Manning ($31)
