Scoring opportunity lacking for Keenan Allen

I’ve written at length about opportunity-adjusted touchdowns (OTD) in the past. If you're new to the stat, be sure to check out the original introductions to rushing and receiving OTD. In a nutshell, the OTD metric weighs every carry/target and converts the data into one number that indicates a player's scoring opportunity.
