Ryan Shazier set to star in Week 3
With just two weeks of NFL action in the books it is still a little early to make a trends-based analysis of which matchups are the most beneficial from a fantasy perspective. As a result we will continue to lean on more favorable home stat-crews, using the data Jeff Ratcliffe has collected over the last three seasons, and also the latest injury news, to guide our IDP start/sits in Week 3.
As we collect more data on teams we’ll have a much clearer view of which offensive lines are giving up the most sacks, and which teams are leaning on a deeper passing game, which will help us find value plays in the latter two-thirds of the season.
In the meantime, the top-five most IDP friendly stat crews, and their opponents this week are as follows:

This week three of the top crews are in action, including both New York teams as the Giants play tonight (Thursday).

This inter-conference clash will have numerous fantasy-relevant IDP plays this week thanks to injuries to both of Philadelphia’s starting middle linebackers, as well as the top-rated stats crew when it comes to awarding tackles.
