The draft could provide a cornerback opposite Patrick Peterson

After years of filling the right cornerback position across from Patrick Peterson with veterans, it is time for the Cardinals to find a young starter. Day 1 and Day 2 of the NFL Draft provides many options for Arizona at the cornerback position.

  • Cardinals' CB's Justin Bethel and Brandon Williams combined to allow a 103.7 QB Rating.
  • Ohio State’s Gareon Conley had the lowest passer rating into his coverage at 14.0 and the third lowest yards per cover snap (0.51) in this draft class.
  • LSU CB Tre’Davious White had the highest PFF coverage grade in the class with a 90.4.
  • Florida CB Quincy Wilson’s 22.7 cover snaps per reception was the fourth best.
