The New England Patriots made some big moves to start off the 2018 offseason including bringing in former Cleveland Browns players in interior defender Danny Shelton and cornerback Jason McCourty. Other additions include former Bengals RB Jeremy Hill, Falcons edge Adrian Clayborn, Cardinals TE Troy Niklas and Seahawks OT Matt Tobin.

The Patriots did their best via free agency to combat the losses of CB Malcolm Butler, both tackles Cameron Fleming and Nate Solder, and running back Dion Lewis, but still may feel the need to address the loss of Danny Amendola and Brandin Cooks at wide receiver, whether in the draft or by a veteran signing.
