  • Seattle Seahawks WR Doug Baldwin was back on the practice field Tuesday after injuring his foot last Thursday. Baldwin missed the Seahawks preseason opener against the Chargers Sunday and it is still a possibility that they exercise caution with their No. 1 receiver and hold him out of their second preseason game against the Vikings
  • Baldwin was once again one of the best wide receivers in the NFL in 2016. He was the seventh-highest-graded receiver with an overall PFF grade of 88.2, the second-highest grade of his six-year career. Seahawks quarterbacks had a passer rating of 119.7 when targeting Baldwin last season, the seventh-best mark by a receiver with at least 44 targets.
  • Baldwin was one of the most dangerous receivers from the slot in 2016. He finished with the fourth-most receptions (60) and the fifth-most yards (649) when lined up in the slot. Since 2014, Baldwin has gained 2,153 yards from the slot the fourth-most by any receiver during that time.
