RB Dion Lewis expected to remain with Patriots despite newly crowded backfield
- ESPN’s Mike Reiss expects the Patriots to keep Dion Lewis despite a crowded backfield. Lewis, who has been plagued by injuries throughout his career, will remain in the RB rotation as well as contribute as the primary return man for the Patriots.

- In 2015, Lewis was very effective in the passing game, producing 2.01 yards-per-route-run, eighth in the NFL among 56 running backs with at least 24 targets. His receiving grade of 80.3 ranked 10th.
- Lewis graded as the 22nd-best overall RB in 2015 out of 69 eligible.
