Ravens G Marshal Yanda is out for the season

  • The Baltimore Ravens have confirmed that guard Marshal Yanda is out for the season. Yanda fractured his left ankle in the 24-10 win over the Cleveland Browns. Tony Bergstrom took over for Yanda in the second half.
  • Bergstrom logged 32 total snaps in Yanda’s absence, finishing the game with an overall grade of 44.7.
  • Yanda has consistently been one of the top guards in the NFL, grading as elite (grade above 90.0) in five of the last six years. His highest graded year came in 2014, where he finished the year with a 95.5.
  • The veteran finished last year with an overall grade of 91.6, the highest among all guards. He has not allowed a sack since week seven of the 2015 season against the Arizona Cardinals.
