  • The Chicago Bears finished last season with the sixth best pass blocking grade as a team, vastly improving from their 21st rank the previous two seasons.
  • Looking to further improve the offensive line and add depth, this offseason the team has added three free agent and three rookie offensive linemen, including fifth round draft pick Jordan Morgan.
  • QB Mike Glennon benefits more than others from a clean pocket. In 2013-2014, he averaged a 45.2-point higher passer rating when kept clean vs. under pressure. Those two seasons he ranked ninth and 11th in passer rating difference (minimum 225 drop backs).
  • In Mike Glennon’s 2013 and 2014 seasons with the Buccaneers, the team’s average pass blocking rank was 22nd.
