  • The Florida Times Union’s Ryan O’Halloran “guesses” the Jacksonville Jaguars are shopping WR Allen Hurns on the trade block. Hurns has not played so far this preseason and was limited to 638 snaps in 2016 battling through a hamstring injury for most of the season.
  • In 2015, Hurns had a passer rating when targeted of 116.1, which was ninth highest in the league and the best on the Jaguars. In 2016, the rating plummeted to 77.8.
  • Hurns had a drop rate of 16.67 in 2016, the sixth highest of any wide receiver who had at least 44 targets. His catch percentage dropped from 64.6 percent in 2015 to 52.2 percent in 2016 and he forced just one missed tackle after recording eight the season prior.
