Edge Myles Garrett a bright spot for the Browns in Week 6

  • In a game with not much to celebrate for the Cleveland Browns, the 2017 first-overall pick Myles Garrett was glimmer of hope. Garrett showed up in a big way, producing a game grade of 86.3 and has put together two very good games to start his career.
  • On just 19 pass-rush snaps, Garrett racked up five total pressures, one being a sack and another being a hit on the quarterback. His Week 6 pass-rush productivity of 28.9 was the top mark among edge defenders this week. Garret also contributed a run-stop on 13 run-defense snaps.
  • Through his first two games Garrett has earned an overall grade of 83.4. During that span he has the highest pass-rush productivity among edge defenders at 22.1, producing nine pressures on 34 pass-rush snaps. He has converted 44 percent of those pressures into hits or sacks.
