  • Chiefs second-year receiver Demarcus Robinson has impressed thus far in OTAs, per the Chiefs official website.
  • Robinson wasn’t targeted on six snaps a year ago, but averaged 5.8 yards after the catch and broke 19 tackles his final two years at the University of Florida, averaging 2.48 yards per route run in 2014 and earning the 140th spot on our 2015 draft board.
  • His main contribution in 2016 was as a special-teamer, where he played 283 snaps,  chipped in three tackles as a gunner and graded well as a vice for one of the league’s best units.
  • He faces a battle with fellow incumbents De’Anthony Thomas and Albert Wilson as well as fourth-round pick Jehu Chesson for playing time behind Jeremy Maclin, Tyreek Hill and Chris Conley on the outside for the Chiefs, a battle a good offseason and his ability on special teams leaves him well-suited for.
