Dalton picked apart the Browns on Sunday

  • Quarterback Andy Dalton was prolific on Sunday, as the Cincinnati Bengals beat the Cleveland Browns 31-7. Dalton finished the game with an overall grade of 84.5, the highest among all Bengals players, and the third-highest among quarterbacks so far in Week 4 (subject to change onr eview). After a slow start to the season, Dalton now ranks ninth among 32 qualifying quarterbacks with an overall grade of 79.2.
  • Dalton registered an adjusted completion percentage (accounts for drops, throwaways, spikes, batted passes, and when the QB is hit as he throws to give a clear measure of QB accuracy) of 89.3, the highest among all quarterbacks on Sunday. He was one of only two quarterbacks on Sunday to complete all his pass attempts (3) while under pressure.
  • Only feeling pressure on 18.9 percent of his dropbacks, Dalton was kept clean more than any other quarterback so far in Week 4. His 88.0 adjusted completion percentage when kept clean was the third-highest among quarterbacks on Sunday. His 145.3 passer rating when kept clean was the highest among quarterbacks on Sunday, and his four touchdown passes thrown when kept clean is currently tied with Aaron Rodgers for the most so far in Week 4.
