Cardinals RB Kerwynn Williams leader for second RB spot

Arizona Cardinals RB Kerwynn Williams is the leader to win the second running back spot this season according to coach Bruce Arians.
In a very limited role last season (only played 50 snaps), Williams was very productive, notching 100 of his 157 yards after contact from just 18 attempts and forcing six missed tackles along the way.
Again, in a very small sample size, among all running backs in 2016, Williams’ elusive rating (uses missed tackle rate and yards gained after contact to measure a runner’s success beyond the point of being helped by his blockers) of 175.4 was second in the NFL among all running backs.
