Broncos LB Ray out 6-8 weeks with wrist injury

  • Denver Broncos outside linebacker Shane Ray will miss 6-8 weeks after suffering a torn ligament in his left wrist.
  • Ray posted an overall grade of 76.5 last season, ranking 45th out of 110 qualified edge defenders. This was significantly higher than his rookie season, where his overall grade was 49.2.
  • Ray excelled pass-rushing from the right side, where last season he ranked tied for third among 3-4 OLBs in hits with nine, fourth in sacks with 10, and seventh in total pressures with 35.
