  • Eagles wide receiver Alshon Jeffery is wasting no time getting to know Carson Wentz as he tweeted that he was in Fargo, North Dakota to bond with his new quarterback.
  • Jeffery isn't the only Eagles receiver in town this week, as Jeff Kerr has noted that others such as Nelson Agholor and Torrey Smith will be joining them.
  • Two routes that the tandem both performed well on in 2016 were comebacks and slants. Wentz's passer rating of 100 on comebacks was well above the league average of 70.2 for the route. Jeffery's passer rating of 87.5 when thrown to on comebacks was a 16.8 better than the league average receiver. Wentz's passer rating of 109.8 on slants was also well above league average, while Jeffery's  rating when thrown to in that route was 106.5.
