It's Tuesday again, and this is the place where you'll find out about under-owned players and the week's hottest pickups. Most of the news this week revolves around a plethora of quarterback injuries, but I have some pickups for you to consider at other positions as well.
If you're juggling defenses based on the matchups, I have three teams in my top 10 that are all available in more than 60% of leagues. Within each section the players are listed in the order that I'd pick them up.
Notes: Scoring is standard non-PPR. Ownership percentages are based on Yahoo leagues as of Tuesday morning at 2:15 AM Eastern Time. FAAB values are listed as a percentage of your season budget and are based on a standard, 12-team league with 15 roster spots. Use my values as a starting point and adjust them to fit your league size and the tendencies of your competitors. If a player does not have a FAAB value, it means that I'm recommending that you pick him up as a free agent after waivers clear.

Under-Owned
These players are already on most fantasy radars, but they need to be owned in significantly more leagues. Either due to impressive performances or increased opportunities, the values of these players are on the rise. If your league is small, has shallow benches, or is filled with deadbeat managers, you might be lucky enough to stumble across one of these players on your waiver wire.

Andre Brown (NYG – RB): 60% Owned, 31% of FAAB
Ahmad Bradshaw left Sunday's game in the third quarter with a neck injury, and Brown racked up 94 total yards and a touchdown in his absence. Ordinarily this wouldn't be considered a big deal since Bradshaw has the Giants' Week 11 bye to heal, but this is the second time this season that Bradshaw has missed time due to neck issues. He left the week two game and missed Week 3 due to a bulging disc pushing against his spinal cord.
Even if Bradshaw suits up in Week 11, Brown has low-end RB3 value. He's scored a touchdown in four straight games despite splitting the carries. If Bradshaw were to miss time, Brown would become a solid RB2 that could really take advantage of an easy schedule down the stretch. In Weeks 14 through 16, the G-Men face the Saints, Falcons, and Ravens, which are all in the top 13 in fantasy points allowed to running backs.

Hot Pickups
Before this week's games, these players were on the fringe of fantasy relevance in standard-sized leagues. They should be the hottest additions of the week.

Danario Alexander (SD – WR): 5% Owned, 19% of FAAB
Alexander was on the fantasy radar after his three-catch, 61-yard performance as a fill-in for an injured Robert Meachem back in week nine. However, Alexander leaps to the top of the Hot Pickups list after a healthy Meachem stood on the sideline on Sunday watching Alexander tally 134 yards and a touchdown.
Alexander started ahead of Meachem in what was supposed to be a rotation, but after Alexander caught an impressive 80-yard touchdown early in the game, it was clear that the Chargers' big offseason acquisition had been replaced. Alexander's career has been hampered by injuries, but if he can stay healthy, he'll start ahead of Meachem the rest of the way and give the Chargers the strong receiving threat that they thought they had in Meachem.
