2014-Prev-WK07-HOU@PITJ.J. Watt, who is having another phenomenal year, and the Houston Texans will head into Pittsburgh Monday night to face Ben Roethlisberger and the Steelers.

Watt has an absurd overall grade of +35.9 with +30.7 of it coming rushing the passer. He has 18 stops on the year while also accumulating four sacks, 20 QB hits, 17 hurries, and six batted passes. Big Ben will be the man he is chasing who is the fourth-best QB under pressure among those with at least 180 drop-backs. Roethlisberger has the second-best completion percentage under pressure (60.5%) while throwing three touchdowns and no interceptions.

Starting Texans QB Ryan Fitzpatrick has recorded a +4.6 overall grade while grading out better than +2.0 in both passing and rushing grade. He is currently ranked sixth in Accuracy Percentage among QBs that have at least 180 drop-backs. ILB Lawrence Timmons will be standing in the way of a productive running game for Houston. Timmons has graded in the green against the run in four of six games this year and has 27 stops which is fourth among all ILBs.

Here are three more notable numbers for each side:

Houston Texans

Arian Foster – He’s forced 25 missed tackles when running the ball, second only to DeMarco Murray. He’s also ranked 11th in yards after contact per attempt.

Kendrick Lewis – Lewis is tied with Charles Woodson for the ninth-overall rated safety in the league. He’s graded out higher than +2.0 against the run and in pass coverage.

DeAndre Hopkins – Has the highest pass grade on the team with a +3.7 and has caught 13 balls on 14 targets out of the slot, good for 3.05 yards per route run which is second among WRs with five or more targets.

Pittsburgh Steelers

Jason Worilds – Leads the team in pressures with 17, good enough for a +5.3 pass rush grade.

Troy Polamalu – The vet is excelling in run defense with a +2.8 grade and has 12 stops within eight yards of the line of scrimmage, tied with Kam Chancellor for the lead among all safeties.

Marcus Gilbert – After a rough first two weeks, Gilbert has posted a green grade in three of his last four games, while grading green in both run blocking and pass blocking in two of those games.
