Performance Report - Week 15

2013-MVP-breesIn this weekly column we'll take a look at the top performer at each position. The goal isn't to just analyze the players individually but to identify variables that make up these top performances so we can more accurately project them in the future.

Quarterback – Drew Brees NO

His Line:   29-36 375 yards 3 TDs, 2 yards 0 TD rushing, aDOT= 6.9, PFF Grade= 4.8

Brees was horrible in week 14 which probably led to more than a few fantasy teams being eliminated from the playoffs. But for the teams that survived he bounced back nicely for the semi-finals.

Playing against the Bears defense definitely helped as the Saints offense was able to get in a rhythm early and not let up. It was a prime matchup against a very poor defense who seems to have quit on the season.
