  • According to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Caplan, the Washington Redskins have placed tight end Jordan Reed on the physically unable to perform list. Reed is entering his fifth season in the league, but is yet to make it through a full 16 games.
  • When he’s at 100 percent, Jordan Reed arguably one of the best tight ends in the league. Over the last two years he has produced PFF overall grades of 84.2 and 84.7, ranking fifth and sixth in the league, respectively.
  • In each of the past four seasons Reed has finished in the top eight among tight ends in yards per route run. When he’s on the field he’s been exceptionally reliable, with just 10 drops from the 258 catchable targets thrown his way.
