We also have an updated Fantasy 124, the fantasy football stock market index showing the value of the (roughly) 124 most valuable fantasy football players on a weekly basis. The index — and the trade value chart — rely on PFF Fantasy’s Rest of Season projections from Mike Clay. The dollar amounts assume a 12-team league with a $200 cap and a starting lineup of 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, and 1 Flex, with points-per-reception (PPR) scoring.
The Fantasy 124 rose for the first time since Week 1, up over 25 points up, or 2.74 percent. The Index opens Week 7 at 959.18, its highest point since Week 4.
Quarterbacks (down 2.16 percent) and wide receivers (down 9.41 percent) kept the Fantasy 124 from rising more, while tight ends rose 21.75 percent. The real reason the Fantasy 124 saw its first jump in several weeks was the resurgence of running backs, whose value rose 11.56 percent week-over-week.
