What an offseason. Cleveland dominated the headlines over the past six months. Their wild ride began with a high profile head coach search that led to Mike Pettine's hiring. Then it continued on with Johnny Manziel's first-round selection and subsequent off-field antics. It arguably climaxed with Josh Gordon's suspension and appeal process.
Looking forward, the Browns face one of the least difficult schedules (no schedule in the NFL is easy), with their opponents combining for a .465 win percentage in 2013. Their offensive players aren't so lucky from a fantasy standpoint, as the Browns have one of the most difficult strengths of schedule. Quarterback (31st), running back (25th), wide receiver (30th), and tight end (30th) all fall near the bottom of the league
Offense
Kyle Shanahan takes the reigns at offensive coordinator, bringing with him a West Coast offense that uses zone-blocking concepts. The Browns were the league’s most pass-happy offense in 2013, due no doubt to them frequently playing from behind. Shanahan was more balanced in Washington last season, passing on 63 percent of his plays.
