Like last week, we’re examining 10 quarterbacks’ matchups and ranking them in order, while considering both their floors and ceilings. Picks are also split into sections, which you may as well consider tiers. Anyone in the top tier is a better streamer than the second tier, and so on.

These quarterbacks have high ceilings and excellent matchups. Bonus points go to players with high floors.
Tyrod Taylor (45.9 percent) Buffalo at Philadelphia
Taylor has thrown three touchdowns in four games this season, including each of the past two weeks. And he’s only been kept out of the endzone once — against New England in Week 11. A big reason for that success has been the re-emergence of Sammy Watkins. Watkins has dealt with nagging ankle injuries throughout the season but he’s lit up Buffalo’s past two opponents for 267 yards and three touchdowns on just nine catches.
Philadelphia’s defense, which ranks 24th in passing yards allowed (259 per game) and 31st in passing touchdowns allowed (28) doesn’t figure to restrain Watkins or Taylor this week. Both Matthew Stafford and Tom Brady have passed for more than 300 yards in two consecutive outings, and it’s been four weeks since an opponent last scored fewer than four touchdowns.
