Sell Freeman and Brady in Dynasty
The 2015 NFL season is in the books. That means dynasty leaguers have a whole season’s worth of information and data to sift through during the offseason, with an eye toward next year’s roster.
While I usually evaluate the overpriced or undervalued, let’s look at this season’s top performers at each major offensive position to see where they fall on either side of the stock watch. Specifically, let’s look at whether they’re expected to repeat their top performances next year or beyond.
Devonta Freeman – RB – Atlanta Falcons – Freeman was the bargain bin MVP in any fantasy format this year. The starting running back job in Atlanta was anything but decided heading into the season, after Steven Jackson’s departure and the team’s drafting of Tevin Coleman in the third round. But Freeman won the day and fantasy leagues. He ran for 1,061 yards, 11 touchdowns, and perhaps more impressive, he caught 73 passes for 578 yards and three more touchdowns.
