PPO Receiving Stars and Slugs

Recent exploration of the PPO (Points Per Opportunity) metric has already spawned several thoughts on running backs for 2013, as well as baseline scores for various positions. At this point it makes sense to move on to examining pass catchers, as well as to check out an example of where a limited PPO snapshot can be misleading if looked at in a vacuum.

As a refresher, take a peek at the baseline PPO scores for each wide receiver tier, below. They will provide a general idea of what level a pass catcher is performing at, on an opportunity basis, for whatever period of time is being looked at.
